My town Slovenska Bistrica

Slovenska Bistrica
is a small town in North-East of Slovenia.

This town lies below the Pohorje. The next biggest city, Maribor is about 20km away. Yes it is a small town, but here are a lot of shops, a library, a small swimming pool, a health center, 2 schools, a high school, a castle...

The castle is very popular  because in this castle is the ghost of ¨Bela dama¨ »The white lady«. This is story about a young woman, who lost her husband.

In the castle is a Memory room of our writer Anton Ingolič after who got our school it's name.

On the main square is the best ice-cream far away. So if you are in Slovenska Bistrica you must try this ice cream! There are a lot of wine kellars. We are known for producing good wine!

Hey,frinds:
I like Slovenia so much because of it`s beautiful scenery.
I`ve known the natural landscape since the film-
The Chronicles of Narnia:Prince Caspian put on.
Then I love the country surrounded by majestic view, I hope I can visit Slovenia in the future.
